Every new account starts with the complete PCGE (Peru’s standard chart of accounts) already loaded — over 1,700 accounts. No setup spreadsheet, no waiting on an accountant to configure it.
PLE — Electronic Ledgers, 11 books ready to file
Generates the files for SUNAT’s Programa de Libros Electrónicos with the field-by-field structure of the official Annex 2: Libro Caja (cash), Libro Diario and its chart of accounts, Libro Mayor, Registro de Compras, Registro de Ventas, the permanent inventory registers (units and valued) and three Libro de Inventarios y Balances sub-formats. Fixed assets and bank accounts are exported as review reports, not as PLE files. You upload the files to SUNAT — factsimil never sends or validates anything on your behalf.
SIRE — RCE and RVIE, ready to replace SUNAT’s proposal
Generates the Registro de Compras (RCE) and Registro de Ventas e Ingresos (RVIE) files for SUNAT’s Sistema Integrado de Registros Electrónicos. You still upload them yourself through SUNAT’s portal.
Kardex — weighted-average inventory, updated with every stock receipt
Every stock receipt (a received purchase order or, on the Contable plan, a recorded purchase) creates the entry and recalculates the weighted-average cost of everything in stock. Every movement is logged with date, quantity, unit cost, and running balance.

A worker master file is the first step toward PLAME: it’s what the remunerative concepts and, later, the monthly filings get built on.
