Every new account starts with the complete PCGE (Peru’s standard chart of accounts) already loaded — over 1,700 accounts. No setup spreadsheet, no waiting on an accountant to configure it.
PLE — Electronic Ledgers, all 13 formats
Generates the files for SUNAT’s Programa de Libros Electrónicos: Libro Caja, Libro Diario, Libro Mayor, Registro de Compras, Registro de Ventas, Activos Fijos, and the Libro de Inventarios y Balances sub-formats. You upload them to SUNAT — factsimil never sends or validates anything on your behalf.
SIRE — RCE and RVIE, ready to replace SUNAT’s proposal
Generates the Registro de Compras (RCE) and Registro de Ventas e Ingresos (RVIE) files for SUNAT’s Sistema Integrado de Registros Electrónicos. You still upload them yourself through SUNAT’s portal.
Kardex — weighted-average inventory, tied to real purchases
A purchase linked to a product creates the entry and recalculates the weighted-average cost of everything in stock. Every movement is logged with date, quantity, unit cost, and running balance.
